Alshabab turn to central Somalia region Hiiraan

The fighting between forces loyal to the commissioner of Hiran region administration Yusuf Dabaged and Islamic courts fighters is going on in Aboto village between Bulo-Burte neighborhood and Halgan Township in the same region according to the residents.

An independent reporter in the region told somali media  that the battle has continued to intensify when the two forces have straightforwardly clashed in the village as the two sides have used different types of weapons.

This fighting comes as the two neighboring regions of Hiran and Middle Shabelle officials have corporately started cooperative crack downs against Anti-Gov and Ethiopian armed groups in the two regions.

Also a land mine blast was targeted on a convoy vehicles owned by Hiran region administration those were passing close to the warring location.

It’s yet unidentified the size fatalities of that explosion.
