MOGADISHU (Mareeg)—Sheik Ali Mohamoud Rage known as Sheik Ali Dhere said on Tuesday Saleh Nabhan was killed in the US helicopter attacks in southern Somalia on Monday.

Sheik Ali Dhere confirmed that the three of his security guards were killed in the attack but he added that they only knew that Saleh was wounded in the attack and was taken alive by the US soldiers.

“Six American Helicopters attacked our brother Saleh Nabhan and three teenagers of his security guards. We only know that Saleh was inured in the attack,” said Ali Dhere.

US officials said US air raids killed Saleh Nabhan in soutern Somalia on Monday.

“This is not the first time that the enemy attacked our Muslim brothers; they had killed our brother Aden Hashi Ayro and other Muslim brothers”. Sheik Ali added.

Officials from al Shabaab militants vowed they will revenge the US and will continue the fighting against the foreigners.
