Somali Pirates warn China

Nairobi-Kenya (Mareeg.com) Somali pirates, holding Chinese crew and their oil - transport liner as hostage at Harardere, one of pirates’ strongholds in Somalia, have threatened that they will slay all the crew members if Chinese Navy in the region attempts to release the vessel and the crew by force.

A spokesman for the pirates has alarmed the threat of killing of 25 Chinese crew members in the pirates’ hand if any hazard of releasing mission appears.

The ship was anchored by the pirate gangs at the shoreline of Harardere, a small notorious town in the central Somalia after it had been hijacked from a remote sea location in the international waters.

This piracy threat followed the Chinese announcement that china would do all means it could to set free its crew members and sea-craft those were getting caught at Somali shore.

"I am telling China not to reason its citizens in our hands to take a risk. I am informing China to find other ways of safe releasing rather than using power. Killing is hundred percent likely to take place if I and my colleagues feel any action against us", one of the pirates was quoted as saying.

On the other hand, China issued a fresh warning in which it was advising Chinese owned ships not to come close to Somali troubled waters. The warning put an order on china’s ships to safely travel international waters as far as possible to avoid further hijacks from Somali pirates.

Foreign ministry of China issued a statement instructing ships owned in China not to come up to Somali coasts. China has suffered a number of kidnappings in the Somali waters and surroundings
