Somalia: Prime Minister reaches Addis Ababa
ADDIS ABABA (Mareeg)—Somali Prime Minister Omar Abdirashid Ali Sharmarke and a delegation he is leading reached Saturday Ethiopia’s capital Addis Ababa to have further dialogues with officials from Ahlu Sunna Waljama’a.
Another delegation from Ahlu Sunna Waljama’a (ASWJ) left from Dhusamareb, the provincial capital of Galgadud region in central Somali on Friday and reached Addis Ababa.

The two sides reached an agreement in Addis Ababa before and is expected to sing the final agreement today.
Officials from Ahlu Sunna Waljama’a based in Abdud Waq town said on Friday the officials left from Dhusamareb could represent ASWJ in the meeting in Addis Ababa.
ASWJ forces are fighting against al Shabaab in towns in central Somalia and pledged that they will work with any force that is ready to liberate al Shabaab from the country.
