Somalia: Kenyan Muslim convert killed in southwestern town Somalia
A Kenyan man who converted to Islam was shot dead in the southwestern town of Beledhawo of Gedo region on Friday night, residents said.
“The Man was shot several times by two men as she walked to his home in Dhabad village to sleep “resident Man Omar Hassan told Mareeg.
It is rare that foreign nationals are killed in the city, although there have been several kidnappings.
The motive for Kenyan's murder remains unknown.
"Two armed men sitting nearby the house he usually sleeps shot him dead. Some bullets hit his body and some hit his leg and when residents got there she was dead," Hassan said.
